At Puff and Brush, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any bookings or purchases.
However, we understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, we offer two options:
- One-Time Reschedule: You may reschedule your session once to a future available date. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the original event.
- Canvas Pickup Option: If you miss your event and do not reschedule, you may stop by to pick up your prepped canvas along with a paint set (which includes 12 paint pots and 2 paint brushes) and take it home to complete on your own.
